Dan Gianfreda is Director of Customer Success. He has worked in the eSourcing market since 2011, and joined Scanmarket in 2016.
Dan is very passionate about helping organizations transform their Source-to-Contract operations and maximize their results, and believes that the most important support begins, rather than ends, at system implementation. With that in mind, he and the Customer Success Team devised the SuccessPlus framework, which is designed to not just support, but to drive customers to excellent adoption, digital maturity and ROI with the Scanmarket system.
Prior to Scanmarket, Dan was Head of Account Management for a UK based eSourcing provider, where he was responsible for re-building the Account Management function. He successfully, and significantly, increased customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that customers were fully and pro-actively supported throughout their entire eSourcing journey.
Dan has a first class honors degree in Psychology from Northumbria University and is a massive foodie who loves to enjoy delicious food (and wine) from all over the world with the people he loves.
