Supplier FAQ

I have been invited to participate in an event hosted on the Scanmarket platform. What should I do next?

  1. Follow the link in the invitation to join the event.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions for participation found on the Specifications tab before submitting your answers or bids.
  3. Inform the buyer of your desire to participate and adhere to deadlines.
  4. Only submit bids if you are able and willing to meet all specifications.
  5. Guarantee all bids made during the eRFx are valid according to the Terms and Conditions for participation and specifications.
  6. When you have provided all of the requested information and/or bids, please submit your response by clicking Finalize Participation.

I cannot log in to the event. What should I do?

  1. Verify the email address registered for the Scanmarket profile is correct.
  2. Check your spam/junk folder. System-generated emails risk getting marked as spam by email servers.
  3. Make sure the email server has not blocked emails sent from the system. If this is the case, please whitelist the following domain:
  4. Contact your event manager to resend the invitation. 


How do I find my password to enter an event?

Click the link Create/Reset Your Password below the password field. Or, go to Click Login, then click Forgot Your Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

I have not received the email invitation for the event. What should I do?

  3. If you are in contact with the Event Manager, please ask them to verify your email address.

How do I access my supplier profile to update my details?

  1. This functionality is only available for some suppliers. If you do not get login details from your client, you can only access events directly through the email invitation.
  2. Go to, click Login and enter your username and password.
  3. Go to Profile to update your company information and contact details. 
  4. All active events are listed under Dashboard. Please note, you cannot see events in which your colleagues have been invited.
