RFx Workshop

The purpose of the RFx workshop is to get you ready to create, execute, monitor, and finalize your RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs via the eRFx tool. You will become familiar with all available RFx types and the different bid list formats. You will get an introduction to all functionalities available within the RFx module and their most appropriate application.  We will provide you with a lot of best practice advice, as well as tips and tricks that can help in the daily usage of the system. The workshop will be a mix of presentations, hands-on cases, and a fun, educational board game to round off the workshop.

The workshop is designed for new users, meaning that no prior system knowledge is required.

eAuction Workshop

The purpose of the eAuction workshop is to introduce the many available options when using eAuctions as your negotiation tool. You will also get ready to create, execute and monitor eAuctions in the Scanmarket platform. You will become familiar with the two overall eAuction types (Reverse and Step), learn their most important characteristics, and how each type works. You will also get a lot of best practice advice, tips, and tricks that can help you when creating your first eAuction. Finally, you will experience an eAuction from the suppliers’ point of view to gain a 360-degree view of auctions. The workshop will be a mix of presentations, hands-on cases, and a fun and educational board game to round off the workshop.

eAuction Strategy Workshop

The eAuction Strategy workshop delivers insights into best practices and strategies utilized by Scanmarket consultants when undertaking an eAuction project. The buyer will be taken through our best practice process from a completed RFx through to a successfully executed eAuction, including pointers for eAuction strategy selection, best practice supplier training, communication with both suppliers and stakeholders during the eAuction process, post-auction evaluation, and much more. The workshop takes place over the course of a day in a classroom-style environment, where participants will be privy to a range of best practice materials, tools, and methods. During the workshop participants will be guided through a range of case studies, to help build their eAuction strategy competencies.
