The tool is 100% flexible when defining your project process and templates, enabling you to define the process completely to suit your procurement team, whether it is a standard 7-step, 10-step, or any custom process.  The flexibility allows you to create and adapt the groups and fields that you need when defining project templates, and define whether specific fields should be mandatory or if a field should be defined as stop-or-go and therefore has to be completed in order to move the project forward. All fields and data are fully customizable.  You can store any data on a project template, including key stakeholders, standard documents, or pre-defined tasks.

It is easy to create the project, and divide it into sections that provide an overview of the relevant data. The project owner can define which step contains the project details, where to include the project deadline, and which documents should be attached. Once the details have been defined, it is easy to set up reminders and add participants to the project.  Relevant tasks can be assigned to stakeholders, and each project will clearly show the status of each task and highlight if it’s overdue.  Tasks are primarily defined at the project template level, so you only need to assign tasks to relevant stakeholders and add a deadline.
