Traditional Training Approach

Most software solution providers offer training as part of the implementation process. This usually entails full training of all the relevant functionality up-front before users begin actively using the solution. For those who have had experience using similar solutions and those who are particularly tech-savvy, this will usually suffice. However, it is unreasonable to assume that all users will be able to assimilate and remember all the learnings from one-off, functionally deep training workshops. 

To bolster one-off live training events, most providers offer user manuals and video recordings of training, which can help to a degree.
